The unique location of the building, as well as, the mixed architectural elements of the facades (a combo of modernism and greek northern architecture of the 19th century) made this project both a challenge and enjoyable. With more than 800 sqm of internal spaces and 350 sqm of landscaping being re-translated and brought to nowdays, whilst creating a sense of consistency, this project has managed to become a landmark for the area of Palaio Faliro.

   Its appartment has its own design approach. From modernism, to minimalism and french renaissance to modern galleries and libraries, each appartment has its own character, but when brought together the create a consistent whole.

   Finally, the garden was created as a manifestation of the building, supporting its exterior uniqueness and making it, trully, one of a kind.
